Grocery Options: If you're picking up groceries on your way in, you’ll find a Sprouts and a Safeway both within .5 mile of the home right off of I-25. There is also a Whole Foods market and a King Soopers Grocery store within a few miles of the home. Grocery delivery is also available through DoorDash.
Transportation Tip: There are Uber and Lyft in Denver, so you're set there. There is also a LightRail Train that services many Denver neighborhoods/landmarks. There is an RTD station within walking distance of the home - The Arapahoe Station (approx. 6 minute walk). You can find more information on the RTD website
Mountain Weather Reminder: We’re in an alpine environment, so snow, sleet, and even hail are always a possibility — please plan your travel accordingly and pack with weather conditions in mind.
Shoes Off: To help keep things clean and cozy, we kindly ask that guests remove any type of shoes inside the home. There’s plenty of space in the entry for shoes and gear.
Laundry Access: Full-size front-load washer and dryer are available for your use, with laundry pods and dryer sheets provided.
Hot Tub Access: Enjoy the private hot tub, located on the back patio and accessible through the Main Dining Area — perfect for a soak under the stars after a day in the City.
Two-Story Layout: Please note that this is a bi-level home with entry on the main level and stairs down to the basement level - there is no elevator access.
This Encore House is set up with lots of fun in mind. Please remember we are located in a neighborhood where people live full-time, so we kindly ask guests to respect our space and neighbors during their stay. No Parties, please. 🗑️ Trash Day:
**Trash is collected every Friday morning. If you stay includes a Friday, we ask that you gather all trash and place it in the Blue receptacle located inside the back-gate and pull the receptacle to the curb before 8 am Local time.
**Please place the trash bin at the curb on Friday morning by 8 AM and return it to the inside of the back gate by Friday afternoon.

The home is equipped with a smart thermostat that can be adjusted by turning it left or right. If you have questions, please message your host.
📹 Safety Notice:
For your security, there are cameras installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the house.
🚭 Smoking Policy:
Smoking of any kind (including vape or cannabis) is strictly prohibited both inside the home and in any outdoor area. Violations of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.
⏰ Check-Out Policy:
Last-minute or unapproved late check-outs will result in a $500 late check-out fee or 20% of the total reservation cost, whichever is greater.
🐾 Pet Policy
We love furry companions, but pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. We allow one pet per stay and no pets over 50 pounds. A pet fee of $150 applies. Message us before booking!
For stays of 14 days or longer, a non-refundable fee of $4,000 will be required upon booking.
